How long will shipping take?
- If you are buying from my website and you are in Australia, it will generally arrive within the week.
- If you are purchasing as a retailer, your order will take around 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the availability of stock.
Do You Ship Internationally?
- Yes, we have international shipping. Standard rates will apply.
When will new designs arrive?
- Sales dependent, I will want to offer the full range of styles and designs within the year. Every month I will aim to add an extra design
- I will also begin to retail and distribute some different fabrics, styles and locally produced products. There is a lot already planned.
Free shipping Within Australia
- All clothing purchases are shipped for free, coffee purchases are calculated by weight.
- Overseas shipping will be charged accordingly for the weight/ destination.
Can I buy from thE Physical location on your website?
- Unfortunately, at this point, there is no shop-front, but if you are local, please contact me to arrange something.
Can I return an item?
- Under Australian Consumer Law, you can return an item that does not match the description, has a fault, or that wears and degrades in a manner that is not reasonable for the product. Contact me by phone or email if there are any issues with a product.
What do I need to know about sizing?
- This is the sizing page that contains charts for each type of shirt and dress. The page also contains all relevant information about how they fit.
Where are the products made?
- This is a blog post about the factory they are made in. All of the Hawaiian shirts, dresses and coffee are made in Hawaii in very ethical conditions for the workers. Hawaii has a high standard of factory working conditions.
- Dawn Patrol coffee is made locally here in McLaren Vale in South Australia, and the beans are sourced from around the world in very ethical conditions. Each roast has a story that is under its store page.
